Ask whether hinges and rollers are covered by the glazier, the maker, or no one you can name. Ask whether the quote includes the documents on safety standards. A missing mark at inspection is not a warranty claim. It is a missing specification.

We will not write “ten years” or “lifetime”. Those phrases without a document are advertisements. Take this list to the person in the opening.
